Material Assessment and Slurry Optimization: Define slurry recipes, selecting binders (PVDF, CMC) and conductive additives. Includes viscosity tests to ensure slurry consistency, critical for electrode performance.

Two electrochemical engineers and a technician.

Electrode Fabrication: Slurry mixing in a planetary mixer (2-3 hours at 500-1000 RPM under argon). Coating onto current collectors at 50-200 μm thickness. Drying in vacuum ovens (10-50 mbar pressure). Calendering to 100-300 g/cm3 density.

Days 6-8

Assembly specialist and quality control engineer.

Cell Assembly and Wetting Stabilization: In a dry room (dew point<−40∘C), we stack and seal cells. Electrolyte is vacuum-filled. We allocate a full 48-hour resting period for optimal wetting and interface stabilization.

16 hours (+ 48h rest)

Days 9-14

Electrochemical testing lead and data analyst.

Comprehensive Testing & Analysis: Full-spectrum analysis including Cyclic Voltammetry, Ragone plots, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for ESR, and extended cycle life tests (up to 25,000 cycles). Safety checks align with UN 38.3. Detailed final reports.

40-50 hours

We provide complete transparency throughout the process. All necessary data, including EIS spectra, vacuum logs, and raw testing results, is available and provided to you upon request. Our process ensures reproducibility and compliance with REACH and RoHS for Europe.
